Registration information
All registrations will be completed through our NEW Registration software, Uplifter. All Families must make a new account!
An active e-mail address is required.
All participants need a 2025-2026 GymSask Membership.
Full program payments must be made at the time of registration with a credit card.
All policies must be agreed upon before registration is completed.
All Classes are subject to change based on registration and coach availability.
Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment, we will try our best to find another appropriate program of offer a full-refund.
There will be no make-up classes or refunds for cancellations that are due to circumstances beyond the control of the club.
Family Discounts and Multiple class registration discounts of 5% off will be applied to the least expensive registrations at the time of booking **Multiple registrations must be completed at the same time.
REFUND INFORMAITON
Full Refunds will be granted ONLY, up to and including, Sept 1st 2025
Class Withdrawals applied for, and given, between Sept. 2nd and Sept. 20th will receive a 50% refund for the balance of the session with a $25 admin fee added on.
There will be NO REFUNDS available after the 2nd class. There will be no exceptions.
All Refunds for class cancellations or changes are subject to a $25.00 administration fee (Multiple class cancellations or changes are subject to a $50.00 administration fee)

Small Stars is a 45-minute class designed for our littlest movers and their active grown-ups. This unique experience combines music, games, and playful movement to create a joyful environment where both you and your little one can bond and grow together. One adult per child is required to participate.

a combined class focusing on foundational skills which help build motor skills, coordination, and a strong parent-child bond! Athletes to be given different skills to work on to provide the best training for each athlete!

Parent & Tot is a 45-minute hands-on class where toddlers explore movement, music, and mini-gymnastics with the help of a parent or guardian. Each week includes fun circuits that build motor skills, introduce gymnastics basics, and support social development—all in a playful, active environment. One adult per child is required to participate.

Tiny Tumblers 1 is a 45-minute class for energetic 3–4-year-olds ready to explore gymnastics with growing independence. With a low coach-to-child ratio and support from a parent or guardian required on the floor, athletes will develop key skills like rolls, beam walks, cartwheels, and bar supports using kid-sized equipment. Each class includes music, movement, and fun circuits to build coordination, confidence, and flexibility. One adult per child is required to participate as needed.

Tiny Tumblers 2 is a 60-minute unparented class for 4–5-year-olds who are ready to jump, climb, swing, and tumble through fun, theme-based circuits. With a focus on gymnastics fundamentals, this class helps build strength, coordination, confidence, and listening skills in a structured, high-energy environment. Perfect for kids who are always on the move and ready to learn independently!

a combined class focusing on fundamental gymnastics skills like rolling, hanging, swinging, and locomotions. Athletes may be given different skills to work on to provide the best training for each athlete! Athletes should be able to do this class on their own!

Kinder-Gym is a 60-minute unparented class designed for kids ready to take on more skill-focused gymnastics. With weekly themed circuits and an active warm-up, athletes will build strength, confidence, and coordination while learning more complex skills with an emphasis on form and technique. Perfect for kids eager to level up their gymnastics in a fun, structured setting!

This 60-minute co-ed class is perfect for 5–6-year-olds ready for more challenge and structure as they prepare for the CanGym Beginner program. Athletes will build strength, flexibility, and technique through circuits on all gymnastics apparatus while learning foundational skills and body positions. Advanced Preschool is a 60-minute class for motivated 4–5-year-olds who are ready for a challenge and eager to progress quickly in gymnastics. Athletes will focus on strength, technique, and routine-style skills on all apparatus in a fast-paced, skill-driven setting. Participants should be able to do a chin-up hold, a handstand against the wall, and walk on the beam with minimal help. Athletes not ready may be moved to a more suitable class.

Gym-Mini Jr (ages 4–6) is an invite-only, 10-month TWICE a WEEK program running September to June for young gymnasts ready to advance their skills in a focused, structured setting. Athletes work on strength, body control, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics techniques with expert coaching. To register, athletes must be assessed—email Marianrecdirector@gmail.comto book an assessment. This program is perfect for those passionate about progressing toward competitive gymnastics.
CanGYm (6+)

Welcome to CanGym, a fun, co-ed introductory class focused on gymnastics fundamentals and safety. In this hour-long class, kids explore basic skills like rolls, cartwheels, balances, and swings while developing body awareness and proper technique. Perfect for all children aged 5–6 looking to build a strong foundation in gymnastics and fitness.

This class is the next step for those ready to advance their gymnastics skills on Olympic apparatus. Participants will work on moves like walkovers, cartwheels, front handsprings, handstands, and more advanced progressions, building strength and flexibility. Perfect for gymnasts eager to take their skills to the next level.

Ready for more fun and challenge? This recreational class, focusing on technical skills like back handsprings, saltos, aerial progressions, and the front handspring vault, while refining existing elements. Athletes also engage in strength and flexibility conditioning to enhance performance. Ideal for gymnasts ready to master the most challenging skills but also suitable for new athletes! Coaches will work with athletes to create progressions and drills to help each athlete no matter what level!

Our Boys Crew program channels high energy into skill-building fun. Boys will work towards CanGym badges while learning foundational skills on floor, bars, rings, trampoline, and tumbling. Perfect for beginners or active boys looking to challenge themselves in a supportive environment. -

Gym-Mini Sr. is a 10-month advanced training program for dedicated young gymnasts ages 6-8 who are eager to build the skills needed for future competitive gymnastics. Athletes will focus on strength, flexibility, body control, and progressive skill development in a structured, supportive environment with expert coaching.

This 10-month program is for gymnasts with Tan badge or higher who love to perform and progress their skills. Athletes will work on routines, group skills, and all gymnastics disciplines, with opportunities to perform at a event!

Try it All with Gym Combo!
Our Gym Combo Class is the ultimate mix for energetic athletes who want to explore everything gymnastics has to offer! In just 75 minutes, participants will experience artistic gymnastics (beam and bars), partner acro skills, parkour, rhythmic gymnastics (ribbons, balls, hoops), and trampoline & tumbling—all in one fun-filled class.

This class was designed to provide training for tumbling for athletes in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and all other athletes with expert coaches! Athletes will work on fundamental skills that translate into walkovers, aerials, handsprings, and flips, all in a safe environment using trampolines and other equipment!
Foundations: Adaptive Gymnastics Classes for those with Special Needs!

Our Adaptive Movement Class offers a safe and supportive space for children with special needs to enjoy movement, develop gross motor skills, and build confidence. Based on gymnastics fundamentals, this program enhances fitness, coordination, and social interaction in a fun and positive way.
Note: Parent or aide participation required. -
This Independent Adaptive Gymnastics Class (6+) is ideal for athletes ready to join class on their own while working on movement, coordination, and fitness through fun gymnastics-based activities.
Small class sizes and supportive coaching help build confidence and social skills in a welcoming space.
Note: Parents are encouraged to remain on site in the bleacher area during class for added comfort and support.
